Cayma Hakkı - Right of Withdrawal

Ezekiel Serenity Limited tarafından sunulan dijital ürünlerde cayma hakkı, aşağıdaki şartlar dahilinde geçerlidir:

1. Cayma Hakkının Kapsamı:

Boy Uzatma E-Kitabı, dijital bir ürün olduğundan dolayı, indirme işleminden sonra cayma hakkı geçerli değildir.
Dijital ürünlerde, müşterinin açık onayı ile anında teslim edilen içerikler için cayma hakkı istisnası uygulanır (6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği’nin 15. maddesi uyarınca).

2. Cayma Hakkını Kullanabileceğiniz Durumlar:

E-kitap henüz indirilmemişse, satın alma işleminizi iptal ederek cayma hakkınızı kullanabilirsiniz.
Cayma hakkını kullanmak isteyen müşteriler, satın alma tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde reachezekielserenity@gmail.com adresine yazılı talep göndermelidir.

3. Cayma Hakkının Kullanılamayacağı Durumlar:

Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal for digital products provided by Ezekiel Serenity Limited is subject to the following conditions:

1. Scope of the Right of Withdrawal:

The Height Growth E-Book is a digital product, and the right of withdrawal is not applicable after the download process is completed.
For digital products delivered instantly upon the customer’s explicit consent, the right of withdrawal is waived (as per Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law and Distance Contracts Regulation in Turkey).

2. Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Can Be Exercised:

If the e-book has not yet been downloaded, you can cancel your purchase and exercise your right of withdrawal.
Customers wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must submit a written request to reachezekielserenity@gmail.com within 14 days of the purchase date.

3. Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised:

Once the e-book has been downloaded or accessed, the right of withdrawal is terminated.
No refunds or cancellations are accepted for downloaded content.
